It is pretty bad here. There are a couple of nice, responsible people that work here, but there are some with big attitudes. The patrons aren't always of the highest class either. The gas pump receipt tape is almost never replaced.

If I could rate this store with no stars I would. The man named "Peter", ( I put quotations around Peter because he didn't seem too sure about his name) who claimed to be the "owner", is very disrespectful. We are only a couple days after hurricane Irma, so I understand that convenience stores and roads are going to be very hectic for a while. However, that is no excuse to be rude to a customer. I was on my lunch break and decided to eat chic-fil-a, which is located directly next to the 7-11 (Literally, within 15 seconds walking distance) and get gas. All food places are extremely busy right now so the lines were circling in every direction. I figured that I could get gas and wait for a chicken sandwich. I walked 10 yards away from my car to see if the lobby was open (which it was not) and hear a man condescendingly saying "Sweetheart, you can't park there". I immediately apologized and explained to him that I was on my lunch break and was hoping to get both chic-fil-a and gas, that I was not planning on leaving my car there. He then said that he will tow my car if I leave it unattended (which by the way was virtually impossible due to the amount of traffic congregating around his gas station) but I was completely understanding and continued to try and purchase gas like I said I was. As I am trying to get gas, another gentleman, who I presume also had an issue with "Peter", continued walking by and he yelled at him by saying "HEY BLACK GUY!". During this time, I tried swiping my card 3 times but his machines were not functioning correctly. So I alerted him that the card reader was not working and he told me to go inside. I tried one last time to swipe as a credit instead of debit and he then stated with a smart alecky tone that if I am a regular from employment in the area and I park there that he will tow my car and that it is people like me that cause problems. ( I don't understand what "people like me" means because I am a professional Mechanical Engineer that is ALWAYS polite, respectable, and reasonable) At this point I was already purchasing gas so he did not need to keep bothering me. I don't think he understood that under normal traffic circumstances I would still have gotten gas and continued to the drive thru, that I only walked away to see if the lobby was open. I then responded to him by saying, if I am a customer, that he could not tow my car and he continued on making rude remarks under his breath. I was about to walk inside the 7-11 and he stops me, so I said "Sir, I am not being a nuisance, I am not trying to get chic-fil-a, I'm just getting gas." Rather than letting me go inside he told me that I was a nuisance. So I asked him if he was the owner and for his name. He did not like the fact that I asked him for his name and asked me to leave the property and would not let me purchase gas. He also made the snarky remark that I was not allowed to return to his property. So I prompted by asking him if I could have that on video recording. There are two men I have as witnesses with their contact information as well as a picture identification of the man. I didn't further argue or instigate with "Peter", I simply left. The only reason I feel inclined to write this review is because I have never felt as disrespected as I did by this owner who is supposed to be in customer service. I know he doesn't need my business but ill-mannered men such as himself should not have the same business as a hard working polite man. Also, I am multi-racial and due to his treatment of ONLY me and the other gentleman, I could consider this racial profiling! Not a very nice man!

Place is super over priced on everything. Almost paid 4.xx for a bag of ICE!!! My cigarettes where $1.xx more than the 711 closer to i4. All employees playing music and watching videos on their cellphones while they work. No type of customer service. Will never go this one.. rather drive up 2 lights to the 711 by Applebee’s.
