  JUST got ripped off for gas here. It was bad enough that some of the prices on the counter goods are NOT correct, (they will charge you more on the register) but the gas pump was broken (pump #1 & 4) and when I went right into the store to ask them to change it to another pump they did NOTHING to help me. I call the next day, speak to "Jess" the manager and SHE does nothing to help me. After a several minutes JESS tells me unless I bring in a bank statement and my receipt, nothing again. So she tells me I might as well go to my bank."That's the way 7-11 does it" she tells me... After going to this place for weeks, I will never go there again... If that's 7-11 policy, I will not want to shop there again , if I can avoid it.
