  Our initial visit, was great, very friendly, because we were buying... The nightmare started once we paid in full for our kitchen,,,,, What they told us would take 1 or 2 weeks to complete, turned into 3 months without a Kitchen or water. The designer was very friendly , and professional but overworked, and ordered the wrong size cabinets and that is just the beginning. Prolong delivery dates, delivering the wrong product, not returning phone calls or emails, weeks without an update...NOT once did the owners contact us, or apologize for our inconvenience, not once did they offer to make it right in some way, but why would they, My first red flag should have been that I was dealing with a company that wanted 100% payment before any work was done, shame on me... If you have other options, avoid this place at all cost... Our dream kitchen has turned into our nightmare...They use an outside contractor for installation, and Even now that the Kitchen is complete, no one has even contacted us to see if we are happy with the job, but I think I know why they haven't... They know my answer... Will and Lavern are very professional and I hope they move on to another company where they are not force to constantly apologize and defend bad decisions....

  The place is OUTSTANDING as well as there service. I am a hard person to decide on things especially when it comes to remodeling becuase, this place has soo much to select and also QUALITY. Price differs but remember your buying QUALITY. I am so happy to have found this store thanks to my sister in law. I will be back again and I do tell you please take a visit you will not regret it.

  This was my first visit to Arteek, I must say this is the best showroom of them all!! Their variety of designs were just what I needed to make my design decisions easy!! I knew what I wanted as soon as I saw it!! Staff was super helpful, non pressuring and as excited for my new kitchen as I was!! Thanks Arteek!!! Customer for life!!

  I went into showroom and I wanted someone to come take the measurements but I called & didn't hear from anyone for weeks. It's very hard to get in touch with someone. That tells me a lot about a company. The attention and response time was very poor. I decided not to go with them. I was very disappointed. UPDATE: Now they accuse me of being a liar! I called and called and left messages and no one ever called me back! That's the problem!
