  After speaking with multiple sites and having no look getting the deal we were looking for, we finally got in touch with Kevin from the Waterford Lakes store. He immediately listened to what we were looking for and said just come in and I will take care of you. If it wasn’t for his customer service and attention we would not have made our purchase from Ashley. I recommend anyone looking for furniture in the Orlando area to come see Kevin!

  I worked with Kevin at the Waterford store and he was absolutely fantastic! We had an issue with the furniture when t first got delivered , so he went out of his way , above and beyond to not only right the solution, but make it better than it was originally. Definitely will refer anyone I know looking for new furniture to Kevin at the Waterford lakes store.
