  Visited the store today, asked for a price match on an appliance from Amazon, sold by amazon from Amazon meeting the price match criteria. I was very polite and nicely asked what the price match stipulations were, they stated it had to be sold by Amazon -it was- then Yolanda the cashier proceeded to argue and after one asst manager confirmed the price match, when he walked away she changed her mind and said she couldn't do it unless it was a coupon, slammed her hand on the box and said "you're getting your discount" in a very rude tone. I can easily shop online and get free shipping and not have to del with rude employees but I choose to give my business to bed bath and beyond. For what ? Beyond horrible service ? Then another assistant manager tried to tell me Amazon is like Costco and gives you a discount -it defiantly does not, you only get free shipping and that's about it- then proceeds to talk to me like I'm stupid and explain the policy AGAIN. Knowing full well the item meets the standards, showing her the add again she said "no no that says it's sold by prime" um... clearly it doesn't require a lot of education to work here and no one is on the same page. Will not be returning. I have spent over $800 here in the last two months furnishing my new home and I will NEVER give them my business again.
