I bought a 65" TV from them get home opened the Box saw what looked to be like a cat hair on the screen try to brush it off realize it was a scratch. Called The store frantic. Spell to someone named Kyle who assured me it was not a problem to bring the TV back they would replace it that they have these things happen more frequently than most people Realize. The only thing done to the TV was putting the feet on it when I realize there was a scratch on the screen and turn it on. The manager or whoever he was an African American man very thin send very obnoxious Was kind enough to tell me he would not return it because it was some kind of impact damage. The thin piece of foam that covered the screen had 2 small holes in it that lined up exactly where the damage was. He Kept insisting that because the larger piece of foam covered that area he would not take it back. He was extremely rude and condescending the only one in my house besides me was my cat no 1 else did anything to the TV. I only owned it for 2 hours. I left the TV at the store and disputed the charge. My bank will deal with it I will never go in that store again. Wish we still had circuit city where people treated you like a Person. Although the sales people were extremely nice and were even trying to talk to the manager to get him to return to TV. Hopefully the dispute will be in my favor since they have the television if not I will be going to Small claims Court When I told him it had to have happened in the factory he informed me that that was impossible . He apparentlyWorks in China Also. Absolutely no customer service for returns. You don't promise something over the phone if it's not going to happen when the customer gets in the store. I pay $1300 for that TV. Between him accusing me of doing it and then accuse of me Of trying to hang it on the wall when I informed him I'd only picked up the screws they were still in the bag if he'd like to see them. He needs to learn to take some classes in customer service and how to treat people.

One of the associates, Miguel, was quick to spot my uncertainty and made it his mission to have me be happy and knowledgeable on my purchase. He took his time in explaining everything and had a positive attitude that, to say the least, was infectious. I will definitely be coming back and seeking him out for any future help. If he is for some reason unavailable I hope that the rest of the workers are as helpful as he was. If not I will be severely disappointed. The TV was great too.
