  I was immediately acknowledged by an associate who addressed my question and brought out the phone that I wanted. My only qualm with my visit was that my supposedly "brand new" phone had fingerprints all over it as if it had been used. When I brought it up with the associate, they went and got another phone and opened it up in front of me but it too had fingerprints. Not sure how brand new phones have fingerprints on them and why they are charging a restocking fee for returns when they don't actually seem to be exchanging them with Samsung. EDIT: I was misinformed about the SIM card. Several of the associates assured me that the phone I got would work with my T-mobile SIM card and nothing special had to be done. Turns out my SIM card does not fit and I have to get a new one.
