  When I walked into the store I didn't care for the store's layout. I also don't like much of their designs on clothing. I did love the service I received from Julianna. She made it happen for me at this location. I bought a pair of jeans from Buckle because of her service. I will always remember this purchase when a salesperson actually sold her business. The jeans are ok but I will recommend the service I received from Julianna, she was great!

  Born and raised here in Central Florida, and I got the pleasure of walking into the Buckle store in the FL Mall today for the first time. Not only did I love all of the clothes, but we were taken care of from the moment we stepped foot inside the store. Emily, the employee who was helping us today, was the nicest most accommodating retail saleswoman I have ever met in my life. She catered to us in every way, guessed my husbands EXACT jean size just by looking at him, and was sure to provide us with all of their store info including their hemming service and rewards program. I loved the jeans she recommended and hand picked for me, although they were a little out of my price range. I WILL BE BACK to shop at this store, for sure. And I highly recommend this to anyone I know!
