  Spencer is outstanding! Very trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. My iMac hard drive crashed without a backup. Apple lured me into their store only to tell me they could not repair my computer because it was too old. They gave me two options: find a 3rd party to back up the data and then either buy a new Apple computer or have the 3rd party replace the hard drive. Having used CSI for my Mom's computer, I opted to get their opinion. For a nominal fee and within a couple of days, they completely recovered all of the data, replaced the hard drive and provided me with an external hard drive that automatically backs up my computer. I could not be happier!
