  Great option if you don't want to make the trip out to Disney springs to go to the bigger store. This place is always packed but the staff is, in true Disney spirit, helpful and more than happy to assist you

  February 27, 2018 at 6pm, I visited this location. I am disgusted and horrified at the way we, and other customers were treated. The store was busy, as usual, and we were the last customers in line. As we waited (at least 10 minutes) a longer line formed behind us. A woman employee rearranged the line to make 2 separate lines, and she gestured for the rear of the line to step up. I asked her if she was planning on taking them before the rest of the customers that had been waiting. She looked confused, but told a woman the new open area was for the line to wrap around. She went behind the register, and gestured towards the woman from the back of the line and asked the manager on duty "Paul" (who was ringing up a man with a huge purchase) if she should take her. Paul said yes. So the other employee started ringing up the people from the BACK of the line, leaving myself and 2 other women waiting (it was close to 15 minutes at this point). We all asked Paul if he was the manager and he said yes. I asked why she was taking people from the back while we had been standing there waiting. He informed me that that was "how they did things" Wait, what? I said, its your policy to leave people waiting to take people from the BACK of the line?? He became dismissive at that point and wouldn't speak to me. 5 customers were taken ahead of me and the 2 women ahead of me. The woman directly in front of me was offered a Frozen tote bag with her purchase. When we finally made it up to Paul to pay for our purchases, he did not say ONE WORD to me. Didn't say hi, thank you, have a nice day, NOTHING. Wasn't offered a Frozen tote bag either, which didn't break my heart, but it's still horrible customer service. Had my granddaughter not been with me, who had her heart set on her Puppy Dog Pals toys, I would have set them on the floor and walked out. This is Disney, and I know for sure this is NOT how a Disney employee is supposed to act. I will be contacting corporate about this situation, and also the actual store manager, Lori.
