  Worst customer service ever! There's these two guys who work there at night who are super pushy, arrogant, and confrontational. They also complain about folding clothes. If you're too lazy to fold clothes, why do you even work in retail??! They should be fired, and whoever hired them should be fired. Plus, they didn't let me return clothes using my credit card without a receipt. Banana Republic does. Express does. It's 2017, get with the program! Learn from a customer-centric company like Amazon! I used to shop at DKNY a lot, but now I have such a bad taste in my mouth that I'll never shop there again.
