  Really poor customer service. They lieterally wanted me to drive 30 minutes to pick up in store and deliver to the suite next door. The lady spent 5 minutes on the phone explaining why she couldn't deliver it, literally right next door when it would have taken her 20 seconds to go next door and deliver it. I am not even exaggerating. I understand that they get busy, but when the delivery will literally take you 20 seconds and deliver it to the suite right next door, I think that is a no brainer. They have probably lost my business over this. They just spat out some mambo Jambo about how they couldn't leave the store to so they would be able to service the clients, but take 5 whole minutes explaining this. Literally 20 seconds worth of delivery. A good sales person would have seen this as an opportunity to meet the customers needs. A bad sales person would rather lose your business than take 20 seconds to deliver. There were some employees behind the store talking. I guess none of them could spare 20 seconds for a delivery. Lost a $50+ sale over 20 seconds.
