He gave us an itemized breakdown with firm prices for install and materials so we could shop around. He also said we could choose to buy the materials ourselves and just get installation from him. We ended up buying the flooring at Home Depot. The install was only $1 a square foot and although it took 9 hours, they didn't try to charge us any extra. It looked amazing when finished and the workers were great. I would highly recommend them.
