  Went in to purchase a good amount of paint for our store project. I understand how employees could get busy with other customers but it becomes an issue when no one in that department acknowledges you. Usually a patient customer here but I guess not when I don’t here “I’ll be with you in a moment” ! But Since I did not I’ll be taking my business elsewhere thanks Home Depot’s paint department.

  Some of the staff is friendly but a bunch of them are clueless. I came in asking a question about some flooring and the person looked at me clueless. I ended up asking another gentleman and in no time he was able to help me and make sure what I purchased was correct. I can’t rmemeber his name but he was really nice and attentive to customers.
