And 2- I have dealt with "Sara" for over 3 years, 2 rings, a wedding band, 4 necklaces, 5 pair of earrings, and 4 work orders. I'm always treated as number one priority, and because of Sara and the other workers, I have switched my whole family from a competitor over to kay. The Credit people are easy to deal with, and the only bad experience I had was with rude tourists pushing their way to be "first".
