I have 30 days according to their policy; it's been 6 DAYS and they apparently need to call "guest services". I have my receipt and they are REFUSING to give me my money back. Product has been returned, but NO REFUND... DO NOT SHOP HERE, MANAGER ALSO VERY DEGRADING! Now they are calling security because one of their employees verbally abused me! PRICELESS!
