  We are from up north so the inside/outside concept was new to us. For those who don't know. The mall is arranged like an indoor mall but the corridors are open to the sky with large canopies covering large portions. So if you went during a thunderstorm you would not be able to shop and stay completely dry. But perhaps they don't get enough bad weather to worry about it. It was chilly at night when we were there in early Feb so that was disappointing. Great stores though and great deals.
