  I brought a Iris Motion sensor at price of $24.99 with defects (I did not notice someone already opened it). However , When I try to return /exchange it, they tell me I can only get $14.99 back due to I left my receipt at home. They told me that was how much I paid and that was how much shows on their computer but refused to show me the receipt on their computer. Also I purchased one switch plate , some how , they charged me 24 of them. If you try to return something, you should really pay attention how much they charged before.
