  Bought a new mattress on Friday and they said they would deliver it on Saturday. We live right next to them in the apartment complex to the west. They delivered a used damaged mattress and I did not accept it. This was after waiting from 8am-12pm. I immediately went and described what happened and that we needed it asap for our daughter. They verified we brought a new one and said they couldn't deliver it on Saturday. They assured us that the could schedule another delivery for Sunday feom 6pm-9pm. I waited here from 530pm-9pm. No one showed up or even tried calling me. We bought a mattress from them a couple years ago and had the same issue except they kept delivering damaged mattresses and we would not accept them. It took them four times before we got an undamaged mattress. I will not be buying from this mattress retailer every again. Worst experience I've had buying mattresses...
