  We needed a queen size bed for our guest room and went to this particular Mattress Firm based on the previous reviews which mentioned excellent service, especially from Betty. We were fortunate that Betty was working the day we came in and she lived up to all the positive reviews. She showed us our options and explained everything very well. We are very satisfied with our "Heavenly Bed" by Beautyrest and we will refer anyone we know in the market for a bed to go see Betty and Mattress Firm! And Priya also provides excellent customer service and makes working with this Mattress Firm a pleasure!
