  Excellent experience. My husband and I recently went into the store to look for an office desk. There was one on sale we liked... and although the sales person made a mistake in telling us it came with a hutch... it didn't. So only 1/2 the desk was delivered to our place. We were willing to switch it for a cheaper version that came with both parts and return the former... but the manager graciously gave us the other 1/2 of the original desk (at no additional cost) that we had purchased since it was their mistake. I was very grateful... and I will definitely be spending my money here in the future as I continue to complete the make-up of my office. These guys are professional, kind and thoughtful. I couldn't be happier! ^_^ It's the best office store in the East Orlando area for sure!
