  Ever since I moved closer to the Orlando area, this was the only pet store within a few minutes of my place. I gave it a shot, and it has never been an issue to me. Months on end, there has always been a great atmosphere and the store associates have been wonderful. Only reason I'm writing this review is because of the experience I had checking out this past weekend. A store associate, I believe his name was Alberto, was helping out another associate with Spanish speaking customers. Having worked in retail myself, I understand how long it takes. I never complained about waiting in line, I didn't have anything else to do that day. I waited my turn, until they called me. There were at least six other associates working, and one of them pointed out to one of the other cashiers to open up a register. Alberto looked over at me and looked like he wasn't very happy to have to deal with me. He didn't seem friendly at all and seemed like he didn't want to help. He didn't ask the usual, "Did you find everything you were looking for?" I don't know if he was just having a really bad day. I understand, I've had bad days myself, but be nice to your customers. A smile and a nice compliment goes a really long way. I know we are dealing with holidays and it can be very stressful because of how people can become, but just be nice to those who care and won't give you a hard time.
