  Its clean. The feeder crickets are normally large which is awesome. The staff is nice but don't go out of their way to crack a smile or see if they can help you. You pretty much need to approach them. They could use some customer service training and it would be a better place. A few times there were people at the counter talking to the employees which from there conversation you can tell were other employees off duty, which I don't mind except when you have customers greet them and offer to help them. Stop talking to your friends when a customer comes in or approaches you!

  This use to be one of the nicest and professional stores to visit. Now the customer service is gone down the drain since change of management. You walk in the door no one greets you. When you get to the counter no one greets you. They just ask if you have a membership. This was one of the reasons that I stopped going to PetsMart because of poor customer service. When all else fails I can be thankful for AMZON, because I’ll be utilizing my Prime Membership.
