  This is the second and last time I'll go here. Both times I've been there I have picked out over $300 worth of clothes and both times I have waited in line for over 20 minutes before deciding to put back the clothes and leave. I was in the store this past Sunday and was in line for 25 minutes and only 5 customers had gone up and checked out over that time. There was about 20/25 people in line. That is absurd. I'm not sure if it's a lack of training or the focus is on taking as long as possible but literally both times I've been in there they lost my sale due to taking so long. $500+. Do something about it guys. The clothing they have there is GREAT. It's not the typical outlet junk (which is usually just the brand logo licensed out to cheaper low quality factories). The stuff is legit. The selection is great. The customer service is abysmal.
