  I own a 14k Gold Reversible Omega Necklace and the clasp had been damaged for almost four years. I have tried for a long time to get the clasp repaired or changed and no one was able to do so. I have tried in three different countries, several stores and was told the same story, that they are unable to repair or change the clasp on this necklace. Of course I was very disappointed and sad, as this is one of my favorite piece of jewelry. I always carry the necklace with me whenever my husband and I go shopping, we decided to stop by Precious Fine Jewelers while shopping at Florida Mall to check if we have any better luck with them. The smile and welcome we received when we walked up to the counter was unbelievable. A big and friendly smile and greeted in such a courteous manner, that even if they were not able to repair the necklace we would leave feeling happy, that we stopped. It is so refreshing when we come in contact with people in the customer service, who serve you with a smile and are helpful, patient and friendly, yet maintaining professionalism . The Manager, Karina to whom we spoke and explained the situation and our concern with the necklace, looked at it and without hesitation advised me, not to worry as they can fix the problem. You can just imagine how happy I was to hear those wonderful and positive words after so long of receiving negative responses. She advised that they would attempt to repair the damaged clasp or put a new clasp on, which would take approximately two week. I quickly agreed and left the necklace. In less than two weeks, I received a telephone call from Karina to say that the necklace was ready. I was so happy to hear those words and after work my husband and I immediately went there. To my amazement (big smile) my necklace had on a new clasp, polished, shine and ready to be worn (happy, happy). The cost was quite reasonable plus there was a ten percent discount and to top it off, she bought the damaged clasp from me and paid cash for it. I was so very happy, satisfied and pleased. My husband and I will always use Precious Fine Jewelers for any work that we need to be done on our Jewelries. We believe in them and the work that they do. I have brought my two Raymond Weil Watches, my Concord Diamond Watch to be serviced, polished and change the batteries and again I am so pleased, satisfied. My husband also had his watch repaired there. (They also sell various types of Jewelry). We will not at all, hesitate to recommend Precious Fine Jewelers to anyone and everyone who require their services. They are very professional, honest, trustworthy and reliable.   I gave my Fine Tag Heuer for repair to this guys at Florida Mall I was kind of skeptical but trusting. My watch after repair was not working good! I said well things happens !! I call them they said "Sr no problem we will fix it no extra cost is under warranty " they take care of everything very professionaly. My experience couldn't be better GREAT JOB I am a very happy customer.
