  It was very cool to witness a male Publix employee interact with a female customer who is hearing impaired. She seemed very happy that their was someone who could assist her with dairy creamers. This put a big smile on my face. Cudos to you!

  Paul went above and beyond expected to assist me. I appreciate it very much. I had to use the motorized cart. He was polite and he was also very helpful later when I could not seem to make it go. He also helped me get my groceries into my car. I had told him earlier that I hurt my back. It was a pleasant experience.
