- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★June 04, 2019, by Emily CFirst off, Publix in general is amazing. But THIS Publix took the cake (*ba dum dum*) when they went above and beyond to help me get a custom cake made. I had no printer and they needed a photo. Elizabeth in the bakery let me email a photo to her that she pulled up on her lunch break - aka her time off work - since obviously faxing over a cake photo proved useless. I will never forget how they went above and beyond for me. That is why I shop at Publix.
