  I had a very dissatisfied Ryan experience. I had bought 2 quarts of Greenwise half and half and upon returning home found them spoiled. I brought them back to the store and customer service had a line and large sign that says "if you are unhappy with any of products your money will be cheerfully refunded". I requested my money back and was told that they would only give me a gift card. I was going to shop anyway so I accepted the gift card. Upon going through check out the gift card did not work. I was told that I would have to return to customer service to get a refund. After another line I was told that they would not refund my money and only give me a gift card. I said that would not be satisfactory and wanted a refund. Upon being refused I asked to speak to a manager. A team leader came over and again I was refused a refund except a gift card. I left without my money or a gift card and higher blood pressure.
