  I have been a couple times to buy Fromm food here and also clip my dogs nails. The last time I clipped my dog's nails, they had hit the quick and he was bleeding. I wasn't even advised that they had cut too much, I noticed blood on the floor which is how i discovered it. I understand mistakes happen, but they didn't even address this and it is painful to the dog when they cut too much of the nail. This has never happened to me at another grooming location I go to regularly so I was very disappointed. Another day I was almost out of dog food so I tried to go to the store at 5:15pm on Sunday. Their door says that they are open everyday until 6pm. There was a woman inside the store but the door was locked. She did not open it even though she saw us, I had to end up driving across town to go to Woof Gang Bakery. Again, disappointed in how they handle things. Between the customer service I witnessed and the quality of nail clipping I am not going back. I was only going since it was convenient to where I lived, but it's worth driving somewhere else!
