  Wow! I am just shaking my head right now as i am writing this review. Decided to buy some tiles from these people. Everything is going great. but then they say the delivery is done thru a third party company and they have their own fees. so we agreed. the rep seemed personable. he assured us the tiles will be delivered the next day. Next day came and no tiles. I started calling them and ask them what happened to our delivery. They seemed to be bothered by my query regarding the already purchased tiles. After many attempts, we finally got an answer and the rep said the previous rep had given us the incorrect info. I decided it wasn't a big deal then come the next and still no tiles. Long story short, even though they use a third party contractor to do their delivery, this review reflects on them since they are the ones referring this delivery company. Moral of story - do no use the third party. there seems to be some lack of communication between Rigo Tile and the Delivery company
