  Furniture is always cheap compared to the price that you pay. Have gone and multiple times and service quality has always been a problem. You will meet a couple Associates that are very helpful. Yet this is not enough to have a consistent incredible customer service base. Rooms To Go is a streamline Department furniture store and customer should not expect as much help and selection when going into the building. It is expected that Rooms To Go is pushing its customer base to more online shopping.

  E Colonial Drive is terrible for traffic, but Rooms To Go is a great spot for furniture. Good value and quality. I recently went in to buy a sleeper sofa. I had done research online but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. Staff were very helpful walking me around the showroom to each available sofa bed. They were very knowledgeable about all the products. Once I'd decided what I wanted, they got me in and out as quickly as I wanted to (which was fast). No pushy sales tactics and no attempt to rack up the charges. I'll definitely go back to buy more furniture accessories to go with my couch (which was delivered on time and exactly as I'd ordered).

  We have got a good a ammount of things here. All the staff seems to know the products well and where everything is located in the store. All of them I have dealt with were very friendly. No pressure to buy things you don't need and unlike other furniture stores in the area the employees don't follow you around stalking you like a prey animal in the wild. We have also used the delivery service for larger items and they have good scheduling times and dates which makes it easy for you time find a good date/time that works for you. They also showed up just on time and were cool guys. Prices aren't bad either. Oh, and they also have a nice warrantee if your products get damaged at all after delivery. Worth a visit if your looking for something for your home.
