  Tried to exchange a pair of shoes for a size up but they didn't have them in stock. Because the first time I bought them was during a buy one yet one half off I wasn't able to get the full worth of the shoes back. I asked if they could order them online was told no. I said "is there anything you can do that let's us even exchange them, I'm not trying to make any money off this." The manager, Crystal, rudely tells me "well it sounds like you are" and that there's nothing she can do but give me $50 (I paid $90 and got another half off). I called another store an hour away (where I got them) to see if they had them. She says no but to come on in and they'll just order them online for me What!? So I go back inside to ask why Crystal can't order them. She gave me a very detailed explanation of how the other stores have the ability to order them (hence she knows other stores can order). I don't understand why she didn't suggest I go to another store to order or offer anything other than "we can't do that" and basically accuse me of stealing. I ended up driving to the altomonte location and they did the order for me and the staff was amazing.
