  Fast, reliable and efficient service. The kind man, (Jaime?), that helped me was so patient with my dim knowledge on technology. He walked me through what was going to be repaired and had me satisfied and on my way in no time!!! He also helped me pick out a new computer for my grandson, he even went as far as to wait while i was able to get my grandson on the phone to go over our best options.
