Unfortunately I decided to give sprint a try. I was treated very well at this store in order to get my business and was promised $600 in gift cards for switching to sprint. Also since I was bringing my own device I was told I had no commitment to their service. Two months later I was sent $100.00 in gift cards and denied all the other promotions. The reception in my home was terrible so I decided to switch back to my previous provider. Today I received a $250 “early termination fee”. So not only was I lied to about the promotions but also about any type of commitment. If the issue can be resolved I will remove my review but I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend Sprint to anyone.

I wouldn’t even give them one start! Really bad customer service / customer interaction. I walked into the store to ask a simple question and they tell me I have to log into the iPad right by the door... I try but none of the option applies to why I am there so the guy just yell at me (from the other side of the store, pick anything) really really rude. I walked toward them and they just ignore me ... three people working there and one was busy with a customer the other two talking. This experience is unbelievable.
