  Worst service in the world trying to switch from sprint to them and the guy didn't explain everything how he supposed to do it after he switch all the phone ,then he told me that I have to paid $150 dollars for a phone and then fix the cracked screen and the bill more than I paid at sprint really??! The promise a lot of thing on the phone and then is a different story,back to sprint

  I brought my mother in to buy a new cellphone and to update her data plan. We hit the jackpot when Issac walked up to us! My mom was nervous about making the right purchase to fit her needs but Issac was calming, informative, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Having managed retail stores before, we appreciated that Issac introduced us to a variety of products and accessories. We walked out with an iPhone 7, an upgraded data plan and a renewed loyalty to AT&T but above all to Issac. He scores 10/10 in our book and we will refer all our friends to Issac at Waterford Lakes!
