  The young man pictured below was trying to help me with some AT&T equipment I was returning, as instructed by AT&T on the phone, when this manager interrupted to tell me he would not receive the equipment and I must obtain a return authorization and take it to the post office and pay to return equipment I did not order or want. I, in my 75 years, have never been more disrespected than I was by this man. Caused me to simply take this picture of the man who was trying to understand my situation and help. Why this guy still insulting and mistreating people in the name of AT&T, Turkey Lake Office? I noticed on the Review summary that the store is rated only 2.5 stars with twice as many 1's as 5's!! If they are looking for someone to reinforce all the negatives about the company, they found their guy. Again, young man pictured was a prince, very nice and trying his best to help. Manager needs to get a life!!!!!!!!!!

  Went in a few days ago to upgrade Iphones and get Apple watches and Marcus was definitely the most helpful sales/customer service person my Fiance and I had ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He was open, honest, and very VERY informative about what we were doing/signing/paying for. Highly recommend when you go to do your business with him. Besides that the store was clean and other employees seemed helpful. Manager sat at his back desk and looked really bothered when i tired to tell him how awesome his employee was, but it wouldn't bring down the 5 star services given by Marcus. Thanks Marcus and AT&T!
