  Hasna is by far the best T-Mobile Associate in the Orlando Area! She has taken ownership on providing the best customer experience in helping me with my warranty exchange and even moving the chair to an area where I could sit while waiting for my phone to transfer the info from one to another, not to mention Wi-Fi as well. She is very friendly and professional, definitely an asset for the company!

  I had a few issues with my device, the staff helped by offering a better device and a more updated and cheaper service that so far is working very well. They were very patience and showed much courtesy.
