  This is one of the worse Tmobile stores to visit in Kissimmee (besides the one on Vine St. near subway) . I would suggest you visit the one at the loop or on Osceola parkway if you want great customer service. They where so quick to dismiss me and hardly wanted to help. They talk to you like you don't know what you're doing or what you want. horrible customer service. Just save yourself the time and visit the location either on Osceola parkway or at the loop. This place isn't busy compared to those two but the service is excellent over there than here.
