  I don't know exactly what is going on with this Walgreens, but I do know there has been a major staffing change and it shows! Not filling prescriptions properly (30 when script calls for 90), denying filling of medications because they do not have approval (they had the wrong Doctor listed and this was a script that had been phoned in by the Doctors Office - TWICE), not even ordering a medication that they had a request for from Doctor several days ago (news Flash - when patients need medications that a Doctor has phoned in, they can't wait until next week!) and filling a script with 5 pills when a months worth has been ordered. This all happened to ONE person - I can only imagine what others have been dealing with lately. We may have to drive across town from now on - but it will be well worth the trip!
