  I wouldn’t go here only if I had a choice. My pharmacy is Publix in the same plaza. Unfortunately Publix don’t has the item that I was prescribed for. But how sweet are they that they check every Publix store in the near area to see if one might have it in stock. Although there is waiting, you can tell they have patience and profession. Total different story with Walgreens though. I arrived around 11am and waited for 5 mins to be helped, and they said they need to call Publix to vertify. That’s fine at all. Then I sit down and wait for 1 HOUR and Meanwhile my baby is hungry because it’s lunch time and he becomes fuzzy also because he is not feeling well. So I went back to the counter and check it. One of the lady seems to be annoyed by me because I asked when is my medication gonna be ready. She acted really rude and made me feel like I shouldn’t ask. And another 5 mins later it’s ready for me to check out. BUT, they need to call my insurance company to get price reduced. That’s it, I said to them, I can’t do this anymore, especially with my sick child, I need to know when I can get the medication. They said they don’t know since they need to wait for insurance company to call back. SO, I just wasting my time waiting 1 hr and gets nothing but anger. My suggestion will be go to drive through instead of the counter. They deal with drive through way more faster.

  I go to pick up my meds and to be found out when i walk in the door they now have new hours and NO LONGER 24 hours. It would have been nice to let your patients know of this change. Now at 7:30 pm im at cvs trying to get my meds transferred! Thank you for nothing
