  I walked into the pharmacy asking the pharmacist for a list of Prestige Over-the-counter (OTC) medication benefits list. He replied that they don't have one here because they don't have many customers asking for it. Then he proposed that I look for the medications that I need then he'll checked if they are covered. So I wasted my time picking up medications that I don't even know upfront if they will be covered or not. Now arriving at the counter he told me that a certain medication was approved, after taking forever for him to process it he told me it's not approved. Obviously you could tell he didn't know what he was doing. So my point is certain group of people (Covering by medicaid) are not welcome in that store. Not only a list was not available, the pharmacy manager wasn't knowledgeable about the service I needed. It's lack of respect for a customer to be categorized.
