  Sometimes certain veggies and fruit are better than Publix. But the Meat is often not as good. Check out has also gotten better. Just wish it was more like their store in Lake Mary. That store is Wonderful.

  I never do reviews but this store needs it! If I could give a 0 I would. Waiting in a line for customer service for over 20 mins, I could hear laughing and joking around in the back while the cash register associates were asking customer service to help the people waiting for them. They repeatedly got on the intercom and asked for help for the people waiting in line. You expect in the afternoon to make a trip to a convenience store located in this area but that's never the case here. I just moved in the area and honestly I'm upset at the service here. I never mention names but a guy name Marcus comes out on a cellphone and tells the line "he will be out shortly", then 5 minutes later another guy comes out laughing and finally helps the guy in front pay his phone bill. The lady before me already dropped her stuff on the counter and left because they were taking too long and then to hear them laughing for so long was rude. Long story short he was not the best customer service and repeatedly kept asking me if this was my stuff left on the counter. I kept telling him no it was someone who left. The first time I went there for seafood, a short older lady was very blunt and rude when I asked her about the fresh ground beef. Basically telling me to find the guy that does that because that's not her department. I didn't even purchase because I wasn't about to go searching for the butcher, I didn't even know what he looked liked. So I left. This was a purchase for my company. I honestly didn't think the last couple Winn dixies left around Orlando would be like this.
