  If I could rate 0/5 I would. My dog was injured severely by the groomer at this facility. When I called to ask about what happened, I was told I’d be called back as soon as they got in contact with everyone. No call. I called back to get an update, and conveniently the story was that he already had it. I went to the vet and the wound was so bad that putting him under for sutures was suggested. The vet said the incident was clearly from the groomers as it was a literal cut. Not him gnawing, not a hot spot, A CUT. There is now about a dime sized hole in my dogs leg that is cut down almost exposing the muscle and my dog is not only in pain but will probably never trust another groomer. I am so hurt by their reaction and this is completely unacceptable work. I only post this for the benefit of others fur babies.

  Staff is very helpful, funny, and not pushy, there's a huge variety of treats and unique food options for your dog/cat, AND I gotta say my dog loves coming here. Definitely worth checking out.
