There were two employees in there - an older gentleman and a black lady with curly hair. There was a couple at the computer to the right of the store. Both of the employees looked my way and never spoke to me. Waited for almost 10 minutes for assistance and was never assisted. There was no “I’ll be right there with you, give me a few seconds, welcome to Zales” NOTHING. I definitely wouldn’t shop here.
